Job Description


Summary:

The Learning Experience Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the learning management system (LMS/LXP) by uploading training materials and conducting functional testing. This role involves creating both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions and events, establishing target groups for assignments, assigning learning journeys, and tracking progress. Additionally, the specialist must ensure all required documentation is uploaded for audit purposes and provide support for learner queries.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain learning dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Analyze LMS/LXP data to identify trends, insights, and performance metrics.
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and report distribution using Power Automate.
