Job Title:

The Learning & Development professional will design and deliver impactful training programs enhancing service excellence customer experience.

• Support internal training development

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills:

Critical thinking to identify training needs and develop effective solutions. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can conduct thorough analyses of our business processes to pinpoint areas where we need support and guidance. In addition, the selected candidate must have a solid understanding of adult learning principles including instructional strategy planning as well as facilitating interactive instruction sessions that cater diverse learners' profiles.
