Learning & Leadership Dev Manager

About the Role

The Learning and Leadership Development Manager will be responsible for delivering a seamless, impactful, and engaging learning experience for employees across the Domestic business and Accenture Intelligent Operations Centre Malaysia (AIOCM). Reporting directly to the Learning and Leadership Development Country Lead, this role will design, implement, and continuously improve learning interventions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management (Approx. 40%)
  • Serve as the primary communication channel for learning initiatives with business leaders and employees.
  • Act as the single source of truth for learning strategies and initiatives at global, regional, and country levels.
