We are looking for passionate and motivated B.Tech / BBA / MBA-HR graduates who aspire to build a career in enterprise learning technology. Selected candidates will undergo structured internal training on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) Core and Learning Management System (LMS) certification. After certification, they will actively participate in client implementations, configurations, and support projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow into implementation consultants in the HR Tech
domain.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured training program on CSoD Core & LMS modules.
