Completed High School diploma or bachelor's degree in progress. -1+ years experience in Training working in an operations, logistics, manufacturer and/or service environment. -1+ years of prior Learning experience with demonstrated success in leading projects in Cross-functional environment, or experience in Quality areas with interest in Learning. -English intermediate B1+
