YOUR LIFE ONBOARD:
As the Learning Officer, you’ll lead engaging training activities on board, including product and service training, soft skills development, English teaching, and e-learning support, all in line with procedures and goals.
DEMONSTRATE YOUR PASSION:  
      You’ll proactively gather ongoing training needs and suggest effective training actions.
      You’ll advertise the available training portfolio, ensuring everyone knows about the opportunities.
      You’ll organize and deliver both online and classroom trainings, making the learning process engaging and interactive for your colleagues.
      You’ll act as a training consultant for on-board managers, empowering them to enhance their training skills.
      You’ll operate as a business partner, regularly analyzing the company’s KPIs to recommend training actions or follow-ups. 
GET THINGS RIGHT: 
      You’ll embody and promote the company’s traits, acting as a true Brand Ambassador.
      You’ll be actively involved in the company’s Employer Branding projects, showcasing our values and culture.
      You’ll report training results to your Line Manager and Corporate, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
SAFETY FIRST:
      You’ll actively support and promote a strong health and safety culture on board.
      You’ll raise awareness about sustainability projects and contribute to their successful implementation, making a positive impact on our environmental efforts.
WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE:  
      You completed a bachelor’s degree (preferable in human resources)
      You have a proven track in soft skills group training, in courses development and design (in Hospitality & Tourism field it represents a plus)
      You have experience in English teaching
      You have a good command in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT).
      You master English and speak fluently Italian (at least B1 level)
      You are internal customers oriented
      You have good communication, stakeholder and time management skills
