Global Learning Operations Specialist II

Responsible for supporting global learning programs by creating SOPs and operational guides, coordinating training logistics (in-person and virtual), and ensuring seamless delivery of learning experiences. Key duties include documenting program specifications, managing technology and materials, and partnering with internal teams and external vendors. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 2-4+ years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in training logistics, event planning, and HR processes preferred.

Work Schedule: Nightshift

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (10days/month onsite)
