We are currently seeking for our Group Learning department a talented and highly motivated Learning Program Manager (M/F) to support our transforming organization!

Your Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with internal customers across divisions and countries tounderstand learning objectives and define learning requirements.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions.
- Take ownership of the existing learning offer to continuously improve current
learning and development programs and fully leverage the Group’s digital
learning solutions.
- Work transversally with HR and the international Learning & Development
community to foster best-practice sharing, identify synergies across countries,
and co-design Group L&D programs.
