Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Program Manager to articulate the design, delivery, and operational execution of our live adult-learning programs. This role is ideal for a learning generalist who is equal parts strategic thinker and practical doer, someone who knows how to create high-quality materials, manage timelines, and can ensure programs run smoothly from concept through delivery.

This role is not focused on traditional e-learning or K–12 education. Our programs are centered on live, experiential learning for professionals, with a strong emphasis on corporate contexts and leadership development. We're looking for someone who is practical, adaptable, and comfortable getting hands-on to build, test, and deliver impactful learning experiences.
