Summary
Learning Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of learning initiatives within our U.S. Marketing teams and other cross-functional groups as needed. This role is critical in building commercial capabilities, ensuring compliance, and supporting performance through effective training programs in a fast-paced, regulated pharmaceutical environment.

About The Role
Lead end-to-end project management of learning programs, from needs analysis through to implementation and evaluation.
Collaborate closely with U.S. Marketing stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external vendors to design and deliver impactful learning solutions.
Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Ensure learning content meets applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
