Learning Solutions Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of SIA Academy. He/She will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning solutions that address client needs, drive capability development, and support revenue generation—while ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and brand reputation.

This is a 2 years contract position.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop both standard and bespoke learning solutions in either in-person or virtual formats, incorporating client context and business needs. Core deliverables include Training Slides, Learner's Guide, Facilitator's Guide, and Assessment Plan (where applicable).
• Deliver training programmes to external clients to the expected standards of the Academy.
• Conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions to prepare and coach other facilitators in delivering the training programmes in alignment with Academy standards, across both in-person or ...
