Job Description
A high school diploma or ongoing/completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- 2 years of experience in learning, training or a related field
- Proficiency in computer usage: MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Intermediate english level (B1 or above)
- Willingness to work in different shifts and move within different sites as required
The Delivery Station Learning Coordinator works with operations managers, area managers, production assistants to coordinate all associates onboarding activities for the site.
Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which the Learning Coordinator is assigned. This position has a high level of program administrative management. The Delivery Station Learning Coordinator is assigned to the Learning Department and will hold responsibilities specific to that area. Overall responsibilities will include the following functions
