Job Description

The Learning Specialist is responsible for assessing needs and designing and developing outcome-focused organizational learning solutions. The Learning Specialist works with the Manager, Learning and Performance and collaborates with a team of learning professionals to assess learning gaps and design instructionally sound learning experiences that deliver business results, with a heavy focus on sales skills, technology competencies, and product knowledge.

As a Learning Specialist, you will:

  • Assist the Manager, Learning and Performance with completing performance needs assessments to identify gaps between current performance and desired results to identify opportunities to develop learning solutions.
  • Complete learning needs analysis to assess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for effective performance, documenting desired learning outcomes.
