First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Learning Support and Assessment Specialist on behalf of one of our clients.


The main purpose of the role is to coordinate screening, assessment and access arrangements for students with specific learning difficulties.


Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.


Duties and Responsibilities for the Learning Support and Assessment Specialist:

  • To undertake the role of college exam access arrangement specialist.

  • To provide advice to students and conduct screenings as necessary, monitoring student progress and maintaining appropriate records.

  • To plan, develop, manage and monitor the overall process of screening, referrals to educational psychologists, disabled student allowance (DSA) applications and needs assessments.
