We're looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Birmingham Adult Education Service. Working under the guidance of our teachers and Learning Support Managers, you will play a vital role in helping adult learners with a wide range of additional needs access learning, build confidence and achieve their goals.
This is a rewarding, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You will provide tailored support to learners with disabilities, learning difficulties, mental health needs, and/or barriers in English, maths or digital skills.
