Autism Learning Support Assistant
Location: Horsham
Contract: Full-time, Term Time + Paid School Holidays
Salary: £23,175 per annum
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a specialist education setting in Horsham to recruit committed and compassionate Autism Learning Support Assistants. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by making a genuine difference to young people’s lives and understands that the right personality, patience and emotional intelligence are just as important as formal experience.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them develop confidence, independence and emotional regulation within a structured and nurturing environment.
Please note: Applicants must be able to drive to the school or obtain a very reliable lift in order to be considered for this role, due to the school’s location and limited public transport access.
