Leader Education are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work within a Newcastle based alternative provision.

Pupils at this school have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs; therefore, experience working with SEMH or other vulnerable individuals is preferred.

The school is built on strong values that focus on giving young people a fresh start and supporting their journey back into mainstream education wherever possible.

When a return to mainstream education is not achievable, the school is committed to delivering a high-quality curriculum that offers equal opportunities and closely mirrors those of a mainstream setting.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30 until 16:30 and is a long-term position.
