Job Description

A welcoming and well supported primary school in Chelmsford  is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)  to work 1:1 with a child with autism . This is a full-time, long term role  to start as soon as possible , offering the chance to make a meaningful difference within a supportive school environment.

About the Role

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to help the pupil access learning, develop social skills, and feel safe and confident throughout the school day. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team to implement tailored strategies that meet the child’s individual needs.
