Durham – Learning Support Assistant (Psychology Graduates)
Salary: £101.40–£105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:45 am – 3:45 pm), Term Time Only
Duration: Long-term temporary, with potential to go permanent
Milk Education is offering an excellent opportunity for Psychology graduates looking to begin or develop a career in education, therapy, or child-focused support roles.
Work in a supportive specialist school environment, helping children with Autism and SEND, gaining hands-on experience in educational psychology, social work, therapy, or related professions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to pupils with Autism, learning difficulties and other SEND
- Assist with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies
- Promote emotional, social and academic development through positive reinforcement
