Learning Support Assistant – In the Fareham area

We are currently seeking confident and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support a range of welcoming and well-regarded primary schools across Fareham and surrounding areas. This flexible role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning, enjoy working in different settings, and value a healthy work–life balance.

About you:

• Have previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar classroom support role.
• Have experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential).
• Are patient, caring, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
