About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver inspiring and accessible lessons
Assist learners with SEND, adapting support to meet individual needs
Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, nurturing learning environment
