Link3 Recruitment are looking for a caring, committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist school community, supporting students aged 7–19 with autism and/or communication and interaction needs (no learning disabilities) .
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to support students’ learning and wellbeing
- Help create a calm, structured and nurturing environment where students can thrive
