We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive and inclusive further education setting in the Northwich, Crewe and Winsford area.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone passionate about helping learners with additional needs to thrive in an educational environment.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners with SEND
- Support the delivery and monitoring of EHCPs and individual learning plans
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SENCO to promote inclusion and learner progress
- Help learners overcome barriers to learning and build confidence and independence
