e are working with a large SEMH school for those aged 11-16 who have a range of needs. These needs can include but are not limited to, Autism, behaviour and Social, Emotional Mental Health needs.

The school are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to support those who present with challenging behaviours as a result of their additional needs.

The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant would have:


  • Experience of working with challenging behaviour
  • Passion for working with young people
  • A proactive personality

The Behaviour Support Assistant role would involve:


  • Supporting the young people within the classroom environment
  • Providing emotional support
  • One-to-one interventions

The school is located in the Salford area and has great transport links to the surrounding area and Manchester City centre, including buses and trains.
