Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a variety of supportive and inclusive schools across the Reading area . This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Pay starting at £90 per day

About the Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs

  • Support students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
