Job Description

New Directions are recruiting passionate individuals who are willing to work across our pool of primary schools within the RCT area.

We want candidates who feel confident to work with a range of different primary aged children in small groups and in a classroom setting, striving to make children’s school experience a fun and safe environment by giving them the tools to reach their full potential.

Ideally we ask for 3 months minimum experience working with children, or have a child based qualification. We do consider candidates who have transferable skills, this means having experience working in social care, coaching or nursing.
