Are you passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a friendly and nurturing SEN school in Ringwood.

Our school provides specialist support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other communication and interaction needs , helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The role:

• Supporting students in the classroom, under the guidance of teachers
• Assisting with individual learning plans and tailored interventions
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Encouraging students’ independence and confidence
