Role: Learning Support Assistant 

Location: Wheathampstead

Hours: 9:30am - 3:30pm, term-time only

Full-time, 5-days a week 

Role Overview

We are urgently seeking a Learning Support Assistant would play a frontline role in promoting positive behaviour, strong personal development, and high levels of engagement for learnersacross Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The role supports learners who are at risk of exclusion or who have disengaged from mainstream education.

You will act as a consistent, trusted adult who help learners feel safe, supported, and able to engage positively in education.
