The role

We are working closely with a well-established secondary school with sixth form provision in Northumberland to recruit a Learning Support Assistant . This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs , either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups.

The school has a calm, structured learning environment and a strong pastoral culture, with clear systems in place to support both pupils and staff.
