Learning Support AssistantLocation: Wigston and surrounding areas Hours: Full-time / Part-time options Pay: £89 - £110 per day (experience dependent) We’re currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across local schools and specialist settings. This role is about providing calm, consistent support to help pupils feel safe, confident, and able to engage with learning. Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, depending on the setting and pupil needs. What does a Learning Support Assistant do?
