Learning Support Assistant - Full time and part time roles

  • Ad-hoc - flexible work that works for you. Must be able to work 8.30am to 3.30pm on days you are available
  • Location: Ashford and surrounding areas
  • Pay Rate: £88 - £90 per day

    • Are you passionate about supporting students to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our client schools in Ashford.

    Our client schools cater for children with a variety of needs, including complex sensory needs, ASD, and moderate learning difficulties. Children's ages include both primary and secondary ages.


    As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Build positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and personal growth.
  • Support students in managing their behaviour and understanding its impact.
