Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Do you have the skills and confidence to support students with learning needs and disabilities? If so, we’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Learning Support Practitioner (LSP) to join our Additional Learning Support team at our Hadlow campus.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide academic and pastoral support to students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) or identified Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). You’ll be supporting learners working towards qualifications from Level 1 to Level 3, including Functional Skills and GCSE English and Maths in classroom, practical and workshop settings.
