Year 1 Learning Support Worker – CF24

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the CF24 area of Cardiff who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join their Year 1 team from April.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners at a key stage in their development and wants to make a real difference in the classroom.
The role will involve:
* Supporting pupils in Year 1 with their learning, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
* Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Providing encouragement, structure, and emotional support to help children stay engaged and confident
* Supporting early literacy, numeracy, and phonics sessions
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
