About the role

We’re looking for a Learning Systems Specialist to manage RACQ’s learning technologies and support our digital learning and compliance programs. In this role, you’ll oversee the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related platforms, maintain our L&D intranet/SharePoint sites, deliver reporting and insights, and contribute to key projects that enhance learning experiences across the organisation.

This is a fixed term contract of 8 months until October 2026 .

• Demonstrated experience administering and maintaining enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to manage system upgrades, releases, user access, and integration with HRIS.
