As a Learning & Talent Development Specialist , you will execute the design and continuous improvement of development initiatives across InPost Iberia. Your mission is to strengthen employee capability, engagement and performance by building impactful learning experiences, scalable development programs and data driven talent initiatives aligned with business priorities.

You will work cross-functionally with leaders, HR partners and international stakeholders to foster a strong learning culture and measurable people growth, and a strong customer-centric mindset across the organization.

• Own end-to-end onboarding experience, including management of the Inbuddy community (recruitment, engagement, coordination and follow-up).
