Job Description
About The Role
We are looking for a Learning Technology Designer to design and develop high-quality e-learning and digital learning content, including CBTs, videos, and multimedia learning assets.
This is a hands-on role combining instructional design, e-learning content development, and project coordination. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate training requirements into engaging and effective digital learning experiences.
What You Will Be Working On
Learning Design & Content Development
Translate training requirements into structured e-learning modules, CBTs, videos, and multimedia learning assets
Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to shape content flow, interactions, and assessments
Design learning structures, storyboards, and scripts that define content flow, interactions and assessments
