Learning / Training & Development Executive (Retail Trainer)

• Manage HRD Corp (HRDF) claims, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate training schedules, attendance materials, and evaluations.

• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and training cost tracking.

• Liaise with internal teams, trainers, and external training providers.

  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new retail and corporate hires.
  • Deliver modules on company culture, service standards, and basic operations.
  • Ensure consistent onboarding experience across outlets and departments.
  • Collect feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Product Training
