Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Accounting Administrator to join our Store Support Centre team in Brampton, Ontario. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for processing rent and landlord invoices for payment via uploading a monthly rent spreadsheet into the ERP software system. In addition, you will be responsible for researching and reconciling landlord rent reconciliations and following up with landlords on any discrepancies.


The successful candidate will also be responsible to:


  • Verify vendor compliance with contract/lease for allowances and discounts.
  • Abstract leases and entering all pertinent information into Lucernex database.
  • Research and reconcile accounts that Landlord shows outstanding or past due.
