Leased Construction Project Manager

Job Description
IG is seeking a highly skilled Lease Construction Manager with 7-10 years of Data Center Experience managing onsite construction, commissioning and turnover of data Center fit out projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree and/or minimum of 7-10 years professional experience in any combination of construction, operations, maintenance, and project planning.
7 - 10 years experience directly related to the design or construction of data centers/critical infrastructure.
General knowledge of electrical, mechanical and connectivity systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time in different phases. Mission Critical, infrastructure, and/or Data Center Construction Experience .
Experience in commissioning of retrofit and new leased data center build outs.
Knowledge of CPM scheduling practices and familiarity with Primavera P6 ...
