Leasing Administrator

Our client, our real estate client is looking for a Leasing Administrator.

The Leasing Specialist will consistently deliver distinctive customer service and exceptional operational performance in order to meet defined deliverables and goals. This position has a complete understanding of Devon’s marketing and leasing strategy and performance targets and works in conjunction with the Leasing Manager to realize these objectives.


Responsibilities:
•Lead prospects through the full leasing cycle - from first contact to signed lease - while collaborating closely with marketing and property management to meet project-wide leasing objectives.
