Leasing Agent

ASICO Real Estate is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to oversee leasing operations, tenant relations, and property marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Real estate leasing, Property marketing and excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties & Agents. This role involves collaborating with property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in real estate leasing or property management in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Must have UAE driving license.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
