PMTL (Keyper) takes pride in its properties and relationships with both tenants and property owners. We want to ensure that we find the right home for each tenant, while maximizing the landlord's rental income.

That’s where qualified leasing agents play a crucial role. They communicate and vet potential tenants, conduct knowledgeable property and neighbourhood tours, and oversee the leasing process until the tenant is placed in the property. Acting as an interface between landlord representatives and tenants, the leasing agent ensures that both sides are satisfied and that leasing arrangements meet expectations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously are essential.
