Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Leasing Associate to join our dynamic workforce in Austin.

Position: Leasing Associate, full time, 40 hours per week. Mon-Friday and weekends

Location: La Cima, our 260-unit multi-family affordable residential community located in Austin, TX 78744

Hours: A combination of days during regular property office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00-6:00pm, and Saturday's 10:00am-4:00pm. Schedule details will be discussed during interview process.

What we are looking for:

  • Candidates with 1-3 years or more Leasing experience within a multi-family residential environment, affordable/LIHTC preferred
