Leasing Director

To source new tenants from various industry to meet leasing targets;

To suggest strategic location for potential tenants based on their requirements;

To prepare and ensure all tenancy agreement, management report and leasing documentation are in good order;

To liaise with internal department on matter pertaining to rental and deposit collection;

To maintain good relationship with tenants and monitor sales performance of tenants;

To conduct market research in keeping up with market trends.

Requirements

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in famous retail malls;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Result-oriented, able to work under tight timelines;
• Familiar with leasing procedure and terms and conditions;
