Leasing Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend leasing meetings and track assigned renewal cases


• Engage potential leads and convert them into deals


• Actively source replacements/new takers to fill up vacant units


• Point of contact for assigned tenants/agents


• Develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and property consultants


• Prepare lease documentation and follow-ups


• Engage in market survey and studies to ensure the company's asking rents are comparable to the market rate


• Credit control, arrears management

Qualifications

• Will priority to candidate who possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
