Leasing Executive

As a Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in driving occupancy, building tenant relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-quality leasing outcomes across property assets.

You will work closely with the senior team and gain hands-on exposure across the full leasing lifecycle, including marketing, inspections, negotiations, and documentation.

• Assist with leasing enquiry management, tenant inspections, and follow-up


• Support negotiations on new leases, renewals, and incentives


• Prepare leasing proposals, heads of agreement, and associated documentation


• Coordinate marketing campaigns, listings, and on-site signage
