Role Overview


The Leasing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing leasing activities for commercial and retail real estate projects. The role focuses on identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, ensuring optimal occupancy, and building long-term tenant relationships to maximize rental revenue.


Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets




  • Identify, generate, and convert prospective tenants through market research, brokers, and direct channels




  • Coordinate with channel partners, property consultants, and brokers to drive leasing performance




  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients




  • Negotiate and finalize lease terms including rentals, lock-in periods, escalation clauses, CAM charges, and security deposits




  • Prepare and review lease proposals, LOIs, and agreements in coordination with legal and management teams




  • Ensure timely execution of lease agreements and smooth handover of leased units




  • Maintain and update leasing MIS, pipeline reports, and occupancy data




  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and rental benchmarks to stay competitive




  • Manage tenant relationships including renewals, expansions, exits, and query resolution in coordination with property management




  • Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless leasing processes




  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory regulations
