Senior Manager - Leasing

Work Place - Chennai

Package - 15Lakhs PA

Experience - Minimum 5 Years

Main Responsibilities: Leasing & Brand Management.

* Warehouse & Industrial Space Leasing - Retailer Analysis, Client Servicing Dealing with

various Anchors & Industries - Formulating annual business plan.

* Developing & maintaining a long-term professional & beneficial relationship with all existing

Retail Groups and tenants to ensure continued and future business from this sector.

* Leasing Identifying the target audience, catchments/area analysis and demographic profile

of existing competition.

* Identifying brands to be targeted by way of zoning based on the research

* Working with the IPCs like JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, colliers, CBRE etc & local brokers

to create pipeline for inventory.

* Developing leasing tools by way of leasing brochures, relevant documents, marketing and

advertising concepts.
