Job Description
The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and rental revenue by leasing commercial/retail spaces to suitable tenants. The role involves tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, market analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Identify and acquire potential tenants for vacant commercial/retail spaces

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue

  • Negotiate lease terms, rentals, tenure, renewals, and escalation clauses

  • Coordinate with legal teams for lease documentation and compliance

  • Conduct market research to understand rental trends, competition, and demand

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and brokers

  • Manage lease renewals, expansions, and terminations

  • Ensure timely collection of deposits, rents, and documentation

  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and fit-out teams for smooth handover

  • Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
