Leasing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations across residential, office, commercial, and retail properties. The role drives occupancy, rental revenue, tenant retention, and broker performance while ensuring full legal and commercial compliance.

Qualifications

Must have 8-10 years of leasing or property management experience, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and be a PRC-licensed Real Estate Broker. Proven ability to meet KPIs on occupancy, revenue growth, and leasing efficiency is required.
